Data We Process
When using the app, technical usage data may be processed, such as app version, platform, language setting, anonymous installation ID and technical heartbeat signals.
When you listen to a talkgroup, the app may send listening signals to our API. This can include talkgroup ID, talkgroup name, start time, duration, heartbeat timestamps and session status.
The app does not store or transmit audio.
Account, Favorites and Notes
Login is optional. If you sign in via magic link, your email address is processed to create and manage your account. Favorites, callsign favorites, notes and personal listening statistics may be linked to your account and synchronized.
External Services
The app uses data from the BrandMeister network and BrandMeister API to display talkgroups, repeaters, live activity and metadata. External profile links such as QRZ or RadioID are subject to their own privacy policies.
Storage and Rights
Data is stored only as long as required for the respective function or legal obligations. You have statutory rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
